Job Description:

  • The Chief Flight Instructor oversees flight training, ensuring safety, quality, and exceptional student service.
  • Manage all aspects of flight training, including the welfare of flight students.
  • Lead a team of instructor pilots to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications Required:

  • Preferably, candidates must have 1-2 years of managerial experience in a similar position within a flight training organisation.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an internationally recognised approved Training organisation (ATO) with a current CPL or ATPL licence
  • Hold a Flight Instructor Rating (FIFII, FMEI).
  • Possess a Multi-Crew Instructor certificate with a minimum total flight time of 1500 hours in a multi-crew environment and the following certifications: HPL Training Certificate, FAA/NCAA

Salary and Allowances:

  • An attractive salary and contractual package will be offered, in line with the College’s salary scale.

Job Description:

  • The Aircraft Maintenance Manager oversees the administration and operation of the Maintenance Department.
  • Provide expertise and advice to management on aircraft maintenance matters.

Qualifications Required:

  • Holder of an NCAT Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or a University Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Holds the highest professional Aircraft Maintenance licence with “A” and “P.”
  • Must be rated on both Diamond DA40 and DA42 Aircraft.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant working experience.
  • Exceptional ability to manage a work team.
