Rishworth Aviation is thrilled to collaborate with a rapidly growing airline in the West African aviation sector. They are currently seeking highly experienced Boeing engineers to fill the role of Boeing Fleet Maintenance Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
In order to be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role as a Senior Engineer.
Licencing and Specialisation
- Hold a valid B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license.
- Possess approval or rating for B737CL and B777 aircraft.
- specialised knowledge of Boeing Aircraft Systems.
Leadership and Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience with strong people management and communication skills.
- Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical, or Instrumentation).
Additional Skills and Knowledge
- Profound understanding of aviation legislation and regulations.
- Familiarity with Industrial Safety Standards.
- Competence in computer applications and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) systems.
